How Does the LOT 24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation Work?

LOT also offers a LOT 24-hour risk-free cancellation window on most tickets. If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase, you can get a full refund or change your booking once, even on non-refundable fares.

To qualify, the booking must meet all of the following conditions:

• The ticket is an individual booking purchased through lot.com or the LOT Contact Center.
• The ticket number begins with 080-.
